Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cachefilt.dll
2.Extract cachefilt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cachefilt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cachefilt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cachefilt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cachefilt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cachefilt.dll and press Enter.
