Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmnfileiomeasurementui.dll
2.Extract cmnfileiomeasurementui.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmnfileiomeasurementui.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmnfileiomeasurementui.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmnfileiomeasurementui.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmnfileiomeasurementui.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmnfileiomeasurementui.dll and press Enter.
