Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cpzrjj0t.dll
2.Extract cpzrjj0t.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cpzrjj0t.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cpzrjj0t.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cpzrjj0t.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cpzrjj0t.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cpzrjj0t.dll and press Enter.
