Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cwbsvres.dll
2.Extract cwbsvres.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cwbsvres.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cwbsvres.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cwbsvres.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cwbsvres.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cwbsvres.dll and press Enter.
