Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATFsmGlobalUserSettings.dll
2.Extract CATFsmGlobalUserSettings.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATFsmGlobalUserSettings.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATFsmGlobalUserSettings.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATFsmGlobalUserSettings.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATFsmGlobalUserSettings.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATFsmGlobalUserSettings.dll and press Enter.
