Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATSpaCCP.dll
2.Extract CATSpaCCP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATSpaCCP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATSpaCCP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATSpaCCP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATSpaCCP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATSpaCCP.dll and press Enter.
