Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CEProcPerfExt.dll
2.Extract CEProcPerfExt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CEProcPerfExt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CEProcPerfExt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CEProcPerfExt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CEProcPerfExt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CEProcPerfExt.dll and press Enter.
