Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNAR804.dll
2.Extract CNAR804.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNAR804.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNAR804.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNAR804.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNAR804.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNAR804.dll and press Enter.
