Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMLAPILib.dll
2.Extract CNMLAPILib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMLAPILib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMLAPILib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMLAPILib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMLAPILib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMLAPILib.dll and press Enter.
