Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMNPR24NL.dll
2.Extract CNMNPR24NL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMNPR24NL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMNPR24NL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMNPR24NL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMNPR24NL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMNPR24NL.dll and press Enter.
