Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSPDEBDM264U.dll
2.Extract CSPDEBDM264U.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSPDEBDM264U.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSPDEBDM264U.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSPDEBDM264U.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSPDEBDM264U.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSPDEBDM264U.dll and press Enter.
