Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CaeAddIns.dll
2.Extract CaeAddIns.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CaeAddIns.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CaeAddIns.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CaeAddIns.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CaeAddIns.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CaeAddIns.dll and press Enter.
