Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CdmaLayer3DecoderDll.dll
2.Extract CdmaLayer3DecoderDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CdmaLayer3DecoderDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CdmaLayer3DecoderDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CdmaLayer3DecoderDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CdmaLayer3DecoderDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CdmaLayer3DecoderDll.dll and press Enter.
