Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ChartExtents.dll
2.Extract ChartExtents.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ChartExtents.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ChartExtents.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ChartExtents.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ChartExtents.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ChartExtents.dll and press Enter.
