Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ComicRack.Engine.Display.Forms.ni.dll
2.Extract ComicRack.Engine.Display.Forms.ni.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ComicRack.Engine.Display.Forms.ni.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ComicRack.Engine.Display.Forms.ni.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ComicRack.Engine.Display.Forms.ni.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ComicRack.Engine.Display.Forms.ni.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ComicRack.Engine.Display.Forms.ni.dll and press Enter.
