Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Commander.Managed.resources.dll
2.Extract Commander.Managed.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Commander.Managed.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Commander.Managed.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Commander.Managed.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Commander.Managed.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Commander.Managed.resources.dll and press Enter.
