Using the zip or rar file
1.Download certdll.dll
2.Extract certdll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract certdll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting certdll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract certdll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place certdll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 certdll.dll and press Enter.
