Using the zip or rar file
1.Download chtPWOFF.dll
2.Extract chtPWOFF.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract chtPWOFF.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting chtPWOFF.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract chtPWOFF.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place chtPWOFF.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 chtPWOFF.dll and press Enter.
