Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cpfilewatcher.dll
2.Extract cpfilewatcher.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cpfilewatcher.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cpfilewatcher.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cpfilewatcher.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cpfilewatcher.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cpfilewatcher.dll and press Enter.
