Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ctmp4plus.dll
2.Extract ctmp4plus.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ctmp4plus.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ctmp4plus.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ctmp4plus.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ctmp4plus.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ctmp4plus.dll and press Enter.
