Using the zip or rar file
1.Download C09CollectQuery.dll
2.Extract C09CollectQuery.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract C09CollectQuery.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting C09CollectQuery.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract C09CollectQuery.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place C09CollectQuery.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 C09CollectQuery.dll and press Enter.
