Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAP1UIN.dll
2.Extract CAP1UIN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAP1UIN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAP1UIN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAP1UIN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAP1UIN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAP1UIN.dll and press Enter.
