Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATCaxPrjConvert.dll
2.Extract CATCaxPrjConvert.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATCaxPrjConvert.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATCaxPrjConvert.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATCaxPrjConvert.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATCaxPrjConvert.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATCaxPrjConvert.dll and press Enter.
