Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATDlgStandard.dll
2.Extract CATDlgStandard.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATDlgStandard.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATDlgStandard.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATDlgStandard.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATDlgStandard.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATDlgStandard.dll and press Enter.
