Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATMmrTopoOpe.dll
2.Extract CATMmrTopoOpe.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATMmrTopoOpe.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATMmrTopoOpe.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATMmrTopoOpe.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATMmrTopoOpe.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATMmrTopoOpe.dll and press Enter.
