Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATStrGVSReader.dll
2.Extract CATStrGVSReader.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATStrGVSReader.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATStrGVSReader.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATStrGVSReader.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATStrGVSReader.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATStrGVSReader.dll and press Enter.
