Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CTypes.dll
2.Extract CTypes.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CTypes.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CTypes.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CTypes.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CTypes.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CTypes.dll and press Enter.
