Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CameraApplicationLaunchPadSettings.dll
2.Extract CameraApplicationLaunchPadSettings.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CameraApplicationLaunchPadSettings.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CameraApplicationLaunchPadSettings.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CameraApplicationLaunchPadSettings.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CameraApplicationLaunchPadSettings.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CameraApplicationLaunchPadSettings.dll and press Enter.
