Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ChinaPnr.dll
2.Extract ChinaPnr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ChinaPnr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ChinaPnr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ChinaPnr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ChinaPnr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ChinaPnr.dll and press Enter.
