Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CrossProbingRouter.dll
2.Extract CrossProbingRouter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CrossProbingRouter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CrossProbingRouter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CrossProbingRouter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CrossProbingRouter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CrossProbingRouter.dll and press Enter.
