Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CsLib.dll
2.Extract CsLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CsLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CsLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CsLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CsLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CsLib.dll and press Enter.
