Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CyInstExt.dll
2.Extract CyInstExt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CyInstExt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CyInstExt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CyInstExt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CyInstExt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CyInstExt.dll and press Enter.
