Using the zip or rar file
1.Download categpt.dll
2.Extract categpt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract categpt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting categpt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract categpt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place categpt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 categpt.dll and press Enter.
