Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ccreporc.dll
2.Extract ccreporc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ccreporc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ccreporc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ccreporc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ccreporc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ccreporc.dll and press Enter.
