Using the zip or rar file
1.Download chtSDCLN.dll
2.Extract chtSDCLN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract chtSDCLN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting chtSDCLN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract chtSDCLN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place chtSDCLN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 chtSDCLN.dll and press Enter.
