Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cjae3xjz.dll
2.Extract cjae3xjz.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cjae3xjz.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cjae3xjz.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cjae3xjz.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cjae3xjz.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cjae3xjz.dll and press Enter.
