Using the zip or rar file
1.Download coop.dll wei
2.Extract coop.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract coop.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting coop.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract coop.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place coop.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 coop.dll wei and press Enter.
