Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATGraphicProperties.dll
2.Extract CATGraphicProperties.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATGraphicProperties.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATGraphicProperties.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATGraphicProperties.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATGraphicProperties.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATGraphicProperties.dll and press Enter.
