Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CD98Me.dll
2.Extract CD98Me.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CD98Me.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CD98Me.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CD98Me.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CD98Me.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CD98Me.dll and press Enter.
