Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CRootCrypto.dll
2.Extract CRootCrypto.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CRootCrypto.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CRootCrypto.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CRootCrypto.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CRootCrypto.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CRootCrypto.dll and press Enter.
