Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CXLB.dll
2.Extract CXLB.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CXLB.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CXLB.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CXLB.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CXLB.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CXLB.dll and press Enter.
