Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CibaHelper.dll
2.Extract CibaHelper.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CibaHelper.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CibaHelper.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CibaHelper.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CibaHelper.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CibaHelper.dll and press Enter.
