Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CmUserMsgUS.dll
2.Extract CmUserMsgUS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CmUserMsgUS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CmUserMsgUS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CmUserMsgUS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CmUserMsgUS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CmUserMsgUS.dll and press Enter.
