Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Cool9.dll 4.11.1.9562
2.Extract Cool9.dll 4.11.1.9562 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Cool9.dll 4.11.1.9562 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Cool9.dll 4.11.1.9562.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Cool9.dll 4.11.1.9562 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Cool9.dll 4.11.1.9562 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Cool9.dll 4.11.1.9562 and press Enter.
