Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CostAdjustBillSvc.dll
2.Extract CostAdjustBillSvc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CostAdjustBillSvc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CostAdjustBillSvc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CostAdjustBillSvc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CostAdjustBillSvc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CostAdjustBillSvc.dll and press Enter.
