Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtsSSTProjectImporterFra.dll
2.Extract CtsSSTProjectImporterFra.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtsSSTProjectImporterFra.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtsSSTProjectImporterFra.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtsSSTProjectImporterFra.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtsSSTProjectImporterFra.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtsSSTProjectImporterFra.dll and press Enter.
