Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cendis.vxd
2.Extract cendis.vxd from .zip. We recommend that you extract cendis.vxd to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cendis.vxd.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cendis.vxd to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cendis.vxd in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cendis.vxd and press Enter.
