Using the zip or rar file
1.Download circ3.ocx
2.Extract circ3.ocx from .zip. We recommend that you extract circ3.ocx to the installation directory of the program that is requesting circ3.ocx.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract circ3.ocx to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place circ3.ocx in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 circ3.ocx and press Enter.
