Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cnmi0414.dll
2.Extract cnmi0414.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cnmi0414.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cnmi0414.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cnmi0414.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cnmi0414.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cnmi0414.dll and press Enter.
