Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cvt1palvcd2.1.dll
2.Extract cvt1palvcd2.1.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cvt1palvcd2.1.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cvt1palvcd2.1.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cvt1palvcd2.1.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cvt1palvcd2.1.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cvt1palvcd2.1.dll and press Enter.
